Our services are not aimed at the general public although we are happy to host personal websites for our business customers. Our existing customers are in a wide variety of business sectors and range from those with little or no internet experience to programmers. We can help you with whatever internet or search engine marketing need your business has, but we do charge a fee for consultancy or training services. You are welcome to appoint an independent web designer, or we will be pleased to provide you with web design, programming, and other internet services at additional cost. Tell us your needs. We can host Domain Names of any country and will be happy to help you with the registration of domains not shown on our list.   Top of Page PRIVACY POLICY We, together with our business partners, want you to join our company as a customer. In doing this we will require you to provide information such as your full name and address and contact details. The information you provide us with will only be used for the processing of your order and the future business we hope to do with you. Your details will not be passed on to any third party unless you have agreed that we may do this.   Top of Page USES OF YOUR WEBSPACE Customers and their users must be aged 18 or over. We operate under the jurisdiction of English Law. Our servers are located in the UK and the webspace may be used for any purpose which is legal in the UK. Your webspace is a Virtual Domain which can only be used for the hosting of ONE domain name. You may use an unlimited number of Domain Pointers to point to your webspace. Any statutory licensing required for UK businesses (e.g. membership of relevant regulating associations) must be obtained and is the responsibility of the customer. Customers may NOT use their accounts for the sending of bulk unsolicited e-mails (SPAM) and those found guilty will be immediately disconnected without notice or compensation. Adult materials or pornography are not permitted, nor is the unauthorised posting of copyright material (e.g. unauthorised use of commercial music tracks text graphics or photographs which are copyright). You may use non-English languages on your website, but you must also provide an English language option so that the content can be equally viewed by English speakers. We reserve the right to remove any page or complete website which we consider likely to break the UK law or contravenes our own Conditions.   Top of Page OUR SERVERS We strive to keep our servers working 24/7/365 with a minimum of down-time for servicing or backup but we cannot be held responsible for any inability to access webspace or mail due to any reason beyond our control. You should always keep separate offline backups of any data you hold on our servers. If your data is critical you should seek suitable insurance. We are constantly seeking to improve our services and obtain better value from our suppliers so that we can provide a state-of-the-art service at the best possible prices to our customers. We reserve the right to upgrade our servers and service providers in line with the growth in our own and our customers businesses. Should we change our suppliers we warrant that this will be at no cost and at minimum inconvenience to our customers, and that the services we supply will be equal to or better than those we currently supply.   Top of Page SELLING YOUR DOMAIN NAME Should you wish to sell your Domain Name to another person or company please contact us. Our private members area is available to all our customers. This includes information on how to set up all of the features you have ordered and to help you deal with common issues. If you do not find the answer to your question please contact us for support giving a detailed description of the issue you are experiencing. If you are ever in any way dissatisfied with our service please contact us with full details.   Top of Page PAYMENT TERMS As consideration for the services you have selected you agree to promptly pay our company the applicable registration and/or service fees as published on our website or as notified by us in writing. All fees are due immediately, services are strictly pre-paid. We may take all remedies available to collect monies owed. We invoice in Pounds Sterling (GBP) and only accept payment in this currency, using UK cheques and money transfers. We are not VAT registered and do not add VAT to our prices. Credit and Debit cards will be accepted on our website soon and will then become our only method of payment. Our current system is that our invoice will be e-mailed or faxed to you and we ask for immediate payment. Ownership of your domain name and access to the service you have ordered will be handed over to you when your payment is cleared through our bank. If your cheque is returned unpaid all bank charges plus an administration fee will be charged to you. Domain name registration fees are for two years unless otherwise agreed in writing. Our other services are supplied per annum pre-paid. We will send you a renewal invoice in good time, but it is your responsibility to make sure renewal fees are paid before the expiry date. Failure to pay for Domain Name registrations or renewals will be construed as you no longer requiring the Domain Name and ownership will revert to our company. This could mean that the name will return to the open market to be sold to another person. Failure to pay for the supply or renewal of the web hosting services supplied by our company will result in the deletion of your website and the disconnection of all services including email. A reconnection fee will be charged to reinstate disconnected accounts.   Top of Page DOMAIN NAME DISPUTES In ordering a Domain Name from our company or in transferring a Domain Name to our services you warrant that you are entitled to use it and that it is not a registered Trade Mark name or style of an existing company or organisation that you do not have permission to use or to transfer. The registration and use of Domain Names is subject to the Terms and Conditions of the Naming Authorities as published at their websites. Domain name disputes are handled by: Global names (.com etc) Icann; and UK names Nominet. Complaints from third parties regarding names we have registered should be addressed directly to these authorities. We will always comply with instructions either from the dispute resolution bodies or from a UK court of law.   Top of Page LEAVING OUR SERVICES You are free to use or leave our services as you wish but we hope you'll be so satisfied you will stay. If you decide to move your site elsewhere we will provide an efficient service to speed this along. We make no charge for releasing domains but by the same token no refund will be given for any unused pre-paid services. Names will not be transferred to another provider while unpaid fees remain due to us. Please contact us before making your decision to move. If you need a different type of service, e.g. changing from Windows to Linux, we will be able to help you.
